Each year, La Sublime Asperge produces about 40 tons of fresh asparagus, to the delight of our taste buds. Many of Quebec’s leading chefs are quick to say that this family farm, located in Saint-Aimé, a tiny village between Sorel and Saint-Hyacinthe, produces “Quebec’s best asparagus.”
La Suisse Normande is both a dairy farm in the heart of the beautiful Lanaudière region, with over 300 Alpine and Saanen goats, and a cheese maker that processes the milk from the farm’s goats, to our great satisfaction.

Jean Morin is from the fourth generation of dairy farmers at Louis d’Or farm, in the village of Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick. In 2009, he fulfilled a dream by founding the Fromagerie du Presbytère, just opposite his farm. When he was a kid, his mother would send him with cakes to the priest who lived where he and his four children now make their delicious cheeses, which wins awards every year in Quebec and across Canada.
